Growing up in Chicago, Chris Merrick was surrounded by vibrant diversity. When he attended Grace College as an undergraduate, he was one of the few black students on campus. At Grove City, he now serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life. His deep appreciation for the community where he was raised fostered a desire to spread awareness about racial discrimination and support others. In this episode, Chris will speak about the realities of being a minority, what equality truly means, and how we as a society can work to achieve it.
