Today, in the week leading up to our very first Lab session, I’m sitting down over zoom with Robin Crane, for this, an episode zero of sorts. Robin has been helping me through the gestation period of the Lab creation story and neither of us have ever produced a podcast so what follows is a humble and sometimes awkward intro of Somatic Scribing, and what we’ll get up to in the Lab.
