Hello hello dear human! 

I am beyond excited to be sharing a NEW segment for the podcast - your weekly alignment tips. 

Now this first alignment tip episode is a bit longer, just because I went into all the juicy details about what these episodes are and what you can expect. 

But I recognize that it's easy to convince yourself that you don't have time to sit down and meditate for 20 minutes, but it's harder to convince yourself that you really don't have 5 minutes. 

So just like that, I want to support YOU with this podcast, and recognize that you don't always have 30-45 minute to listen to a podcast. 

And thus, Alignment tips were born. 

These will be short (less than 10 minutes) episodes sharing a quick, simple practice, tool or tip for you to drop back into alignment with your highest self. 

You can still expect weekly deep dive episodes every Sunday, and your longer guided practice every month. 

I'm obsessed with you, this podcast and all the amazing feedback I'm getting... so I figure why not go bigger.
