Confession: I’ve been in a funk. 

Back in March, I had a business relationship go south, and the person on the other side treated me in a way that left a really sour taste in my mouth. It triggered some victim mentality and an old story that anything that goes wrong in my life is my fault - because I’m inherently broken, wrong or bad. Now I logically know that story isn’t true, and I’ve done a lot of work to heal and release the emotional charge of that story. But the past month, a new layer of pain came up to heal. 

And the truth is, I let it run a bit amuck. I spent more energy on what wasn’t working, comparison, bitterness or jealousy than on what was working and what I wanted to grow.
