Norman Shaw is a Professor and Researcher at Ryerson University and for the Ted Rogers Institute for Hospitality and Tourism Research. He is an expert in all things mobile and e-commerce channels, consumer acceptance and transitions of the digital wallet, and the use of smartphones and technology adoption within the hospitality and retail industry.
