Your two co-hosts are Alyson Amestoy and Katharine Boyette. Alyson Amestoy is the owner of Story Garden Co., a media production company that strives to tend community driven stories in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in Kerrville, Texas. She is also a coffee so it is fitting that How We Do It was filmed in a coffee shop. Katharine Boyette works as an events coordinator for the Callioux Foundation in Kerrville, Texas. How We Do It is her passion project as she wanted to create a space for career women to talk about their experiences in the Hill Country.
In this episode, we interview Keri Wilt, a jack of all trades kinda girl who had her own podcast called The Well-Tended Life, owns her own AirBnb business called Well-Tended Life Properties, is a co-owner to Grape Juice here in Kerrville, is a mother and a wife, and also an Enneagram 7 for those interested. Keri brought so many great nuggets of wisdom about learning how to slow down in a busy life and how to be still even though everywhere wants us to keep going. We got so much out of this episode and we hope you do too!
