When someone with ADHD feels stress it is more intense and it also occurs more often and at a faster rate than for those who are neurotypical. Our life is much harder to do when we are stressed, makes our symptoms more apparent and will make us less reliable. Stress is not healthy for anyone and it will cause health issues if not properly dealt with so imagine what that means for someone who has ADHD and often has stress.
