Description

"Trauma touches many lives, often without recognition. Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) can emerge at any life stage, commonly during childhood or adolescence.

Observing those around us reveals two types: some openly display trauma symptoms, while others conceal fear, pretending normalcy. Today's society struggles to hide suffering, evident in social dynamics, personality traits, anger, and even subtle physical cues discernible to the perceptive.

Regrettably, encountering someone facing daily battles or consistent trouble sparks initial negative assumptions—labels like lazy, unintelligent, or antisocial arise. Misunderstood is their profound struggle, borne of experiences often too painful to share. Assistance eludes them, leaving them adrift in fear, apprehensive of further trauma.

In truth, these individuals have weathered storms beyond measure. Their desperate plea for aid remains unanswered, lost in the overwhelming fear of exacerbating their trauma. It's a burden too heavy to bear."
