Mary Nurminen is currently focusing on two years of PhD research on the users of machine translation as a full-time Doctoral Researcher at Tampere University. Professional translators use machine translation however, Mary is focused on all of the other global users. Mary is a University Instructor in Finland and has spent over thirteen years in technical writing and localization with Nokia as a senior specialist and manager.
