Drinking: The Painkiller
2 oz. Pusser's Rum
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Coconut Cream
1 oz. Orange Juice
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
