Have you ever heard of 75 hard? 75 Hard is a mental toughness program created by entrepreneur and author, Andy Frisella. The program requires participants to follow a strict daily routine for 75 days, including two 45-minute workouts, sticking to a diet with no cheat meals, drinking one gallon of water per day, reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book, taking a progress photo, and practicing a daily act of kindness. The goal of the program is to develop discipline, resilience, and mental toughness, while improving physical and mental health. It is designed to be challenging and requires commitment, consistency, and dedication to complete successfully.
It's classified as a challenge for a reason. Over 90% of people who start 75 hard end up failing after the first couple of weeks. Between the physical exertion and mental fatigue, nobody is immune to the failure. Despite that high rate of failure, Chase Stenzel, was able to conquer the challenge and learn about himself in the process. Make sure to listen to part 1 of Chase's journey through 75 hard and tune back in, next Friday, to hear the rest.
