In the spirit of romance this Valentines Day, I am diving into the three most common causes of low libido and what you can do to fix it.

  1. Low hormones such as estrogen, testosterone, and DHEAS
  2. Thyroid dysfunction (hyper & hypo)
  3. Chronic stress

Remember, libido is on a spectrum. If you feel yours has changed, that might be indicative of something deeper going on.
