Bev Ehlen joined me in hour number one. She discussed the most recent happenings with Concerned Women for America of Missouri. The group, recently, held a rally at the state capitol to express their concern over the possible appointment of Donald Kauerauf as the Director of Health and Senior Services. We also talked about some of the upcoming events for the C.W.F.A.
Bob Lynch, from MoDot phoned in to talk about their efforts to battle winter storm Landon. He mentioned how the state continued to do the best job possible when plowing and maintaining the roadways. We also received an update on the Bagnell Dam bridge project.
Hour two included a visit from Dave Maupin. The author of "Among the Dogwoods" gave us an update on the most recent Camden County Commission meeting from February 1, 2022. Dave took a page out his book on law enforcement and talked about welfare fraud. Dave was part of a unit that investigated welfare fraud during his tenure with the LAPD.
