In this episode, we discuss Breaking Fast and select the "Sam & John Coming for Dinner" scene as our POCcorn moment. This movie has been the highlight of the year so far. A telling of a love story that embodies 'diversity in filmmaking.' We gleefully experienced an Arab American Gay Rom-Com in hopes that it would deliver. Though we intentionally searched for a film to acknowledge Arab American Heritage Month, we did not anticipate the humor, the depth, the connection and the acting that we got in return. This film was Layered and rich with screenwriting gems we will not soon forget. Listen in!
