Let's talk about our 2024 Fitness Goals! Most women usually have some and if you don't you SHOULD! Part of living on the bRight side of 50 is taking good care of your physical health and being consistent doing it--YOU DESERVE IT! it's not a chore, it's a privilege and you/we need to be grateful that we have the ability to move around and enjoy life. We want to enjoy it FULLY and to do that, we need to be in good health/shape. So, let's talk about these fitness goals. START off on the right track and STAY on the right track ALL YEAR!
