We have obviously made many strides over the years, but we need to continue to kick open the boxes that we are still being placed in. There is a glass ceiling or box that seems to still stifle the movement or the progression of women. I have seen this in new ways as a Mom. I have started paying attention to all the little messages that are thrown their way. I have seen the way they believe in I can and I will, but then notice things in the world that might shake their belief that they really can. Let’s talk about some of the messages, some of the boxes and how we can continue to push forward together!
