Today, we’re talking about the times when female friendship is funky. The hard times, the weird times. If you’re a woman alive in the world, you probably know what we mean.

We open up with unrelated story time (classic) where Elle tells the story of how she literally became a vortex and made her ceiling fan spin completely inexplicably while in meditation. Oops.

Then, we dove into female friendship funkiness. We dissect the conditioning we absorb that tells us other women are our competition, that we must tear each other down, etc.

We end up on Introvert Lane talking about the challenges we share when it comes to social interaction and how important it is that we cling to our boundaries for dear life, even in the context of friendships we dearly love. Please share your female friendship stories with us folks! We’d love to hear from you.
