Y'all, it's happening. WE ARE IN PERSON FOR THE SECOND TIME IN VORTEX HISTORY, BABY!!! Welcome to the #1 weirdest podcast on the internet (you'll understand why that's our new niche and #brand once you listen to the intro of this ep...lol). Ahhh, how to even put words to such a chaotic, giggle-filled, magical conversation? We start off with a brief recap of our in person time together celebrating Elle's birthday and Elle coming to work with Maya at Miami Sound Choir where Maya plays piano (her fave part of her musical life right now). We reflect on our original theme music, We Shall Be Known by MaMuse, after having the glorious gift of getting to sing it together in person WITH all of Miami Sound Choir. What in the magic?!

Then, a wild game of Truth or Drink ensues (AKA your fave soul sisters answer 4 questions in the span of an hour and tangent to the absolute high heavens). The question cards launch us into...

• The riskiest fashion choice we’ve made (tangents: body dysmorphia, starting a conspiracy theory about the patriarchy fueling women’s body image issues via pant sizing being the most variant measurement scale on the planet, how we throw away all of our mail, where does all the trash go?!?)

• Our guilty pleasure music/songs (tangents: unlearning 'guilty pleasures' because all is worthy if you love it, Maya's past as a ZUMBA queen, Elle's inability to recall choreography for the LIFE of her, college a cappella sets, Rihanna’s super bowl halftime show, how freaking violating, idiotic, and alcohol-centric reality TV-shows are)

• Monogamy vs. polyamory (tangent: reflections on the purity of loveeeeeee and ceasing to perpetuate old non-serving ideologies around partnerships)

• ARE YOU A TOP OR BOTTOM?! (tangent: loving on the internet’s hated of the pillow princess archetype BAHAHA)

We round it out with giggles so big our abs ended up being sore, a card pull, and of course, loads of bubbling gratitude. WE LOVE YOU. COME JOIN THE GIGGLE FEST.
