What really happened was Kathleen was sick but we had to do this via zoom because her younger two had to do pivot (PIVOT!) to home school this week and that made getting together hard. So thanks Zoom. Aubrie asks a really great question: If Kathleen's daughters are invited to special fun nights at Aubrie's church and they wanted to go would she and her husband be ok with them attending. We then go into intrusive thoughts and how they just found their way into Aubrie's head which she prayed about and used her spirituality to be able to cope and navigate her way out of it but made her wonder....how does Kathleen the atheist cope with things like that? We then discuss the 30 day challenge and how well it is going...or not going...and return to how Kathleen has a weird way of thinking and coping with things and how therapy is good.
