Welcome everyone to our fourth episode of the season! On this episode, our guest speaker is Kimo Sanchez. Originally from Hawaii, Kimo works at Intel full-time and is one of the founders of the Sonrise Boxing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. Sonrise Boxing is a faith-based, non-profit organization that aims to help the local youth develop their bodies and minds through the sport of boxing and simultaneously, imitate the love of Christ throughout their lives. This is a rapidly growing ministry that has only been around for a short time. Through God’s grace, there have already been 9 individuals to publicly proclaim their faith in Jesus through Baptism. So stay tuned as we learn more about Kimo, the impact of the boxing program, and how the Lord uses the sport of boxing to bring His children home!
