Today’s guest knows how to be a leader in a large organization! Randy Lambert, from Orion, came over to share his lessons on scaling. He accepts that leaders must learn how to scale and trust people to help them grow. Randy recognized there are three main behaviors in scaling. The first is a recruiting mindset based on bringing in and retaining the right people. Secondly, is a change agent mindset in which everyone is onboard on the decisions taken. Finally, there’s a growth mindset where everyone should ask themselves: How am I going to grow here? Which are your guideposts and markers inside the organization?
