This week Abby and Christina tackle the hard but important topics of self talk and the relationship we have with ourselves. Both of them often struggle with being their own worst critic. The girls chat about their pasts and things that may be contributing to their negative self talk.

Christina opens up about how she used to use alcohol to drown out the mean and judgmental voice in her head. Abby talks about being bullied as a kid and the impact that had on her. They talk about self compassion and the role it plays in helping them heal their inner monologue.
