So for the last episode for the next 8 weeks, I am giving you a simple visualisation to use over and over again. Use it when you feel arrgh or when you need a little pick me up. Connect to those feelings and allow yourself to become calm. Breathing in this way allows to be in this moment, at one with yourself.
