How are you doing? How’s your daughter doing? In this week’s episode I talk about how we as Mums and our daughters are living in our heads due to societal pressure, fear, scaremongering, overwhelm, constant to dos. We are living in survival mode in our heads 24/7 and are disassociating from our bodies meaning that we are resorting to distraction - tech, risk, self harm, changing ourselves. The only way we can change this is to connect to our minds, body & heart so listen in for a short meditation, breath work or mindfulness that grounds you to yourself and what’s happening for you right now.
