In a time when the Truth is quiet and lies are very loud, it's important to have discernment so as to not be carried by every wind of doctrine that comes along. The text gives us good signs to help us stay on the path of righteousness. It is The Righteous that inherit the land and as for the wickedness, they will be utterly destroyed.
