Working with the Holy Spirit is more than important…it’s vital to our lives as Christians. Without it, we will grow spiritually dry and when we get dry, it’s only a matter of time before cracks start to form.
Have any of you been in a place in your life where you were spiritually dry? What happened? We stopped working with the Holy Spirit in some way. We stopped praying. We stopped studying God’s Word. We stopped going to church. We stopped listening to the prompting of the Holy Spirit in our regular lives. When we stop doing those things, we will eventually dry out. We must keep reapplying fresh oil.
