Oakland is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel from Daytona Beach, Florida. He is an accomplished speaker, and author of ‘Your Leadership Legacy: Becoming the Leader You Were Meant to Be’ – a book based on 40+ years of leadership in the US Army highlighting principles that will benefit leaders of today and tomorrow.
