It is no secret that the winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and NYE/Day) can bring a lot of stress and anxiety for those women who are on a health journey. In today's episode I discuss why we get this anxiety in the first place, what to work on before the holidays get here and what to do on the day of to help eliminate the stress.
