As someone who struggled with undiagnosed anxiety and depression for over a decade, I am quite passionate about this topic. I went from formerly using fitness as my sole outlet for coping with my mental health to now having multiple resources to help me manage when things get tough. In today's episode, I walk you through why I think it is crucial that fitness isn't your only coping mechanism and how it can actually help improve your fitness when you seek other forms of help.
