Description

This is my first solo episode where I talk about compartmentalization, or the act of separating traumatic events from reality in an attempt to salvage the sane mind. It's a process we all perform, generally subconsciously, and is used as a coping mechanism. There are benefits to it, but in the big picture, there can be some repercussions as well. So please join me and my ADD brain as I waddle down this rabbit hole and somehow find my way to the end.
