Get ready to flow, stretch and tune inward. No previous yoga experience required. What you'll need: A quiet space in your home, yoga/fitness mat, comfortable clothing, glass of water, your body and your breath.
Chelsey Allen, a fellow Huddler, will start the session by leading a 15-20 minute Yoga session - followed by an introduction to mindfulness and a few mindfulness activities. She will then lead our Q&A to answer any questions you have about this topic.
