This week’s segment is an important one! I meet with Spencer O’Hara, and we discussed gearing up for the playoffs. The fantasy football playoffs usually occur between week 15 to week 17. In a typical league, four teams will make the playoffs. These are the teams with the top four records in your league. The 1st seed will play the 4th seed, and the 2nd seed will play the 3rd seed. The winners of the two matchups, will go on to the next week to play for the league championship; the losers will play for 3rd place. One thing that has to be taken into consideration is that you want to have players who do not have a bye week leading up to the playoffs. You want your team to be as productive as possible. Another important strategy is to try and get rid of your injury prone players. Although they are productive, you should find a player that has reliability.
