Now listen, I am an avid goal setter too but I simultaneously realize the effect of being able to instead decide the character traits of my best self and begin to show up as her. It’s so crazy how little changes can compound to put you in a different place mentally, spiritually and physically. I truly love to think about how my future self acts and the things she does so I can make her appear ever quicker.
