Description

What do The Hague, Glasgow, and Peru have in common? No Idea? No Problem! Let us take you on a trip to show you the fascinating world of Melissa Capcha, an environmental engineer working on climate change mitigation and adaptation projects in Peru and other South-American countries. She guides us through all her experiences with COPs, she has been attending the Conferences since the COP in Paris in 2015, where the important Paris Agreement was created. Also, she shares with us her work with the Peruvian NGO she co-founded, Centro de Innovación Climática y Sostenibilidad (Climate Innovation and Sustainability Centre). Her main message is: everyone can be part of the solution to stop global warming! So get off your couch and start COP(ing) with climate change!

You can find out more about the Conferences of the Parties in Glasgow here, and her NGO here. If you are interested in her work, find out more here.
