In this episode, I had the distinct blessing of talking with Brittany Storti about her personal journey to recovery and healing. She shared openly with me about her journey through addiction, and loss, and how she found freedom from parental narcissistic abuse. Today Brittany works with other women to help them find their own bridge from surviving to thriving.
Brittany's story is all about a young girl who was constantly told that she would never be enough. Her voice became public on The Dr Oz Show in March 2012 where she started a long journey towards healing. Brittany has fought through, not only your traditional "coming of age" difficulties, but a heart-wrenching road of eating disorders, addiction, homelessness, losing a sibling to suicide, and parental narcissistic abuse.
Today, she is a life coach who specializes in women’s empowerment and addiction recovery with the privilege of helping others who are ready to break their chains and live a life beyond their wildest dreams. Brittany is the proud founder of The Bridge Coaching Services- a program designed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you are meant to be.
