It starts with making a plan!
For many business owners, development is something that happens haphazardly. While that tactic might work at the beginning, eventually you need to put a plan in place. Productivity expert, Mary Gaul, shares her thoughts about why planning your development time is so important. She shares, "We put so much pressure on just that first month of January. So, so taking some time and saying, How am I going to plan or build in some planning time around my personal development and my business development? Right? So it takes, you know, putting it on your calendar and having that set-aside time, but then looking at what are your goals around that? And do you need outside resources to do that?" Give yourself permission to take all the time you need to plan for how your business will grow so you can show up the way you want to for your clients.
