Her advice is, "Our nerves are what causes us to be talking and talking and trying to fill in the gap or like over informing or giving too many details. That's your nerves. So app, say tell me more and then just take a breath. And we've talked about the power of breath in your sales conversations, right? I mean, sales is, it seems like the super scary and complex thing, but at the core of it, it's pretty simple. It's it's being in the moment, being curious and allowing that person to share more about what's going on and then you're listening and if you're talking you can't be listening."
