Offer Clarity Not Confusion
When it comes to deciding what to offer your clients, the sky is the limit. This is not necessarily a good thing because limitless offers may be hurting business. Alison Proffit, our sales strategy expert, hits the nail on the head this week. She shares with us that it's easy to think your offerings should be vast, but really simple is the better way to go. Alison muses, "we want to make sure that we're giving the client opportunities to work with us in a way that works best for them. And what, what I've seen happen is that people will have too many offers. And what happens then is, when you're in the sales conversation, then you're having so many different things to think through in terms of what is the right thing to offer that person." Looking at what you're offering and making sure it's from a place that you value will bring more value to your customers. Are you overloading your offer plate?
