Chanté Dent is a Personal Development and Executive Coach and a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Safety Workshop Facilitator and Coach with BlueEQ, serving national and international companies in multiple industries, including Fortune 50. She is also the founding principle of her namesake firm, whose mission is to empower women to control what controls them so they can have a purposeful, productive, and powerful life. Her private coaching program, EQ Wives, helps women in business and busyness create thriving marriages.
As a survivor of sexual trauma, she learned early on that she had to take good care of herself if she wanted her marriage to flourish. She decided to heal emotionally and love earnestly, which led to a lifestyle of living freely from anything that hindered her marriage from prospering. She published and released her first book, My Lemonade Recipe: Turning Life’s Sour Experiences into Something Sweet, in 2018, in which she shares a first-hand experience of healing from sexual trauma.
