Oscar Bryant is a Rock Singer-Songwriter and Producer from Manchester, United Kingdom. Fresh off of the release of his debut LP "Bluebirds" Oscar dived into the creative process behind his new record. He made the album over the last year with writing partner Harry Ackerman. Oscar talked about how two of his biggest influences as a songwriter and performer are George Harrison and David Bowie. His recent music has been heavily inspired by Classic Rock and Folk Rock and he talked about his production style and his journey as a music producer. Later on in the episode, we talked about the role of record labels in 2022 and how how independent artists can navigate the music industry. We talked about finding a niche as music artists and the pressure of market effectively without pigeonholing yourself.
