Jacuzzi Fire is an open source surf rock and punk rock band from Staten Island, New York. Founded by musician, producer, and audio engineer Peter Grancio, also known as, Petey Pesto, Jacuzzi Fire have recently released their debut album. Comprised of numerous Staten Island musicians taking turns playing instruments, the record showcases the collaborative nature of the Staten Island music scene. In this episode, we talked about all things Jacuzzi Fire including song meanings, lyrics, live shows, and content creation. We also talked about Pete’s beginnings as a musician, his other music project Petey Pesto, and the record label Pesto Records.
