जहान-ओ-महब्बत का क्या,भूल जाऊं तुझे भी, भुलाने प आया अगर मैं
नसीब आस तक वापसी की न होगी ,कभी दूर जाने प आया अगर मैं
जि़यादा न वैसे परेशाँ करेंगे, सुलगते सुलगते लहू सोख लेंगे
तुम्हे लकडियों की जरूरत न होगी बदन यह सुखाने प आया अगर मैं
मेरी ख्वाइश-ए-इंतिहा-ए-तबाही को बम के धमाके न काफी रहेंगे
जला दूंगा सारी बुझाने की चीजें,ज़माने जलाने पर आया अगर में
गुमाँ पैरहन ओढ बैठा है सच का,हर इक शख़्स लगता है इक तंज़ कसता
" लतीफे लगेंगे तुम्हे शेर अपने, गम-ए-दिल सुनाने पर आया अगर मैं
हुआ आज तक जो नही कल न होगा,बुत इक मज़हबी मसअला, हल न होगा
अनंत आग में झोंक देंगे फरिशते,कोई हल बताने प आया अगर में
