The tourism sector has had it tough - when borders close and restrictions hit, tourism is one of the first sectors that feel it! Jason Dawson from Hamilton & Waikato Tourism knows first hand how hard it is, how fast the sector adapts and has such a genuine passion for his region, it's amazing to watch!
I caught up with Jason to see how the sector is going, but also learn more about some of the amazing attractions all around the Waikato and to find out why the food and drink in the Waikato is some of the best in Aotearoa!
