Submissions have opened for the Select Committee to hear feedback on the Regulatory Standards Bill - a Bill so flawed the Waitangi Tribunal called for it to be binned, layers have called bad law making and constitutional experts have called dangerous and the Anti Waitangi Tribunal Bill.
