“So many win promotion to positions where they manage people. The ‘accidental’ managers need to learn skills as a basic, first step. But, the only thing more complex than a human, is a group of humans – a team or organisation. The larger the more complex. I bring managers and leaders to understand the work environmental factors and the hidden relationships that determine performance.”
