Hakim A. Lakhdar, M.A., M.B.A. is an NLP-certified executive career and leadership coach who has been working in the profession as a "non-lawyer" for nearly 15 years at such places as the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), Harvard Law School (HLS) and most recently, University of Miami's School of Law.
Hakim is also certified in Conversational Hypnosis, T.I.M.E. (time integration for maximum empowerment) Techniques, EFT Tapping as well as Success and Life Coaching.
Throughout his career, Hakim has been responsible for and wildly passionate about managing teams (big and small, domestic and international), always involved in some aspect of coaching, advising, or professional development.
