Brett started doing flips at the age of 22 in Arizona. By 25, he decided to get his real estate license. When the market shifted drastically in 2008, he joined kw with the idea of transitioning out because he didn’t see a path forward. Three years later, he found himself in the top 10 of all real estate agents at all companies and number 3 at kw and was doing at times 100 short sales a month!! He realized that it would take more than just ‘’making money” to be wealthy, so the last 10 years he has been on the journey to build and acquire massive wealth.
