In the New Testament we have a letter that the Apostle Paul wrote to a church close to his heart in the Roman city of Philippi. The church faced opposition from without and potential division within, and so in Philippians 4 Paul addresses three issues that were particularly pertinent: Unity, joy, and peace that endure no matter what your circumstances are.
