On today’s episode, we have Michael Tonsmeire AKA the Mad Fermentationist, founder of the world-renowned Sapwood Cellars out in Columbia, MD. The craft brewery started as an idea at a party when two friends Mike Tonsmeire and Scott Janish were chatting about their homebrewing hobby. In 2017, they founded Sapwood Cellars in Columbia MD. At the 7,200 square foot space, Sapwood has put themselves on the map for their hazy IPAs and sours. Time to sit back, grab a cold one and enjoy the show!
