Description

Are you available for success or growth in your organization or business? When was the last time you publicly shared your organization? Do people within your community know who you are and your mission? Do you connect with other leaders in the community? Do people see you working in the community? As a nonprofit or business owner you need to put yourself out there and show that you are available!

In this week’s podcast, I speak with Emily Showard, the Founder and CEO of Building Confident Women Ministry. Emily introduced her nonprofit to her community by recording a video and sharing her mission. This helped to jumpstart her nonprofit success and growth!

She is a life coach and an ordained minister who has served as a group facilitator and counselor for both the juvenile and adult female prison system. Emily is an author and a business owner. Her passion is seeing women overcome challenges and obstacles in their lives by being in tune with their mind, body, and spirit. Emily has Danced with Nazu African Dance company for more than 10 years, and has had the opportunity to perform on many platforms. "As the founder of Building Confident Women Ministry since 2014 my heart's desire is to see women come together no matter what their differences may be and create a safe space for expression, education, empowerment, healing, and development."

I want to challenge you all to create a video or reel sharing your organization and mission. How are you serving your community? Join our email list for a special contest for those who create and share.
